Making a Claim

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a circumstance occurs that involves a claim or a potential claim, take the following initial steps to safeguard your client’s coverage.

Step 1: If you are an insurance broker call CULE Insurance

Do this immediately if the loss or damage is an emergency. You can contact your Broker or CULE on the next business day if the loss or damage is not an emergency.


Step 2: Let your Broker take care of your compensation requests

Your Broker will arrange for any potential claims to be dealt with. Your client and their staff should not admit liability or make any payments to, or discuss compensation with, any potential claimants.
